Danilo D'Aprile, CASC

Danilo D’Aprile is Vice President of Business Development at Merritt Healthcare, where he leads growth strategies, fosters key relationships, and drives the expansion of Merritt’s Joint Venture Ambulatory Surgery Center footprint. With a keen focus on scaling business operations and building strategic partnerships, Danilo plays a pivotal role in advancing Merritt’s market presence and operational excellence.

Danilo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pace University in New York and holds a CASC certification through the Board of Ambulatory Surgery Certification. His extensive background in the healthcare industry includes serving as Senior Director of ASC Operations for the Western U.S. at Community Health Systems and VP of Joint Venture Operations at Merritt Healthcare. His experience also encompasses roles such as ASC Administrator, Hospital Director of Physician Practices and Private Physician Practice Administrator, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Among his notable achievements, Danilo is currently the President-Elect and Acting Chair of the Education & Conference Committee of the Arizona Ambulatory Surgery Center Association. His leadership and contributions to the field are widely recognized and reflect his commitment to advancing the industry through education and innovation.

Danilo currently lives in Arizona and enjoys spending time with his two children and participating in all of their many sports endeavors.
