Debra Morfea, MSN, RN, CAPA

Debra Morfea joined Merritt Healthcare Advisors in 2021 as the VP of Clinical Operations. She has over 30 years of experience in nursing and has held leadership positions in clinical management and administration in hospital-based ASCs and freestanding facilities. In Debra’s prior roles, she’s had involvement in surgical space redesign, daily operations management, quality and safety initiatives, human resource management, and facilities survey preparedness.

Debra received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University and her Master of Science in Nursing, Leadership and Management from Walden University. She holds certification in Perianesthesia Nursing. Debra resides in Pawling, New York with her two children.
